What are the Five Tibetans?
The Five Tibetans are a series of five special movements that are gradually increased over a ten week period, until you are doing twenty one repetitions of each.
Simple To Learn
The first posture is a spinning movement. The remaining four are also easy and have similarities to other yoga movements.
It only takes around 10-15 minutes a day
The routine is repeated daily and only takes around ten to fifteen minutes. Some people do it quicker than others, and some prefer to do it more slowly.
No Equipment Is Required
No special equipment is needed. You don't need to spend more money on equipment or travel anywhere to do them!

Where did they Come from?
They were discovered in a remote Tibetan Monastery by a British Army Officer, Colonel Bradford, who was stationed in India in the 1900s.
The Five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation are a system of anti-aging exercises that are said to have been practiced by Tibetan monks for over 2,500 years.
They were introduced to the West by Peter Kelder in his 1939 book, The Eye of Revelation. Kelder met the retired Colonel Bradford in a chance encounter in California before the Colonel's death.
